If you have seen the trailer of Fighter, you would already know that the true story of the 2019 attacks by Pakistan on India has shaped the plot of the film. The film is based on a team of top IAF aviators who come together to face an imminent threat. The film references the 2019 Pulwama attack, 2019 Balakot air strikes and 2019 India-Pakistan border skirmishes and shows how Indian Air Force pilots responded to the terrorists when the time came.
