Dunki Peoples Reviews
“Dunki Sharukh Khan’s last film of this year which was released today written and directed by Rajkumar Hirani. So the Dunki movie is enjoyable, funny, and emotional. Sometimes the movie makes you laugh and sometimes makes you cry. The direction of the movie is amazing as it always is in Rajkumar Hirani’s movies. But this movie is not as good as the previous Rajkumar Hirani movies but as it is, it is a million and a dozen times better than today so called Bollywood garbage. The film delves into the critical theme of the Dunki flight, delivering a compelling narrative. The first half captivates with its brilliance, showcasing hilarious comedy. The trailer wisely refrained from revealing too much, creating a delightful surprise in the movie. The initial 40 minutes of the first half offer a thrilling mix of comedy, drama, romance, and emotions, engaging the audience thoroughly. And before the interval, the movie takes a different stance, seeing which everyone became really emotional. The second half evokes tears with its heart-touching scenes that linger in one’s emotions even after leaving the theater. Vicky Kaushal delivers an outstanding performance, and the Dharmendra-SRK storyline is profoundly emotional. While the documentary-like ending could have been improved, it remains exceptional. Boman Irani impresses in his brief appearance, and Taapsee shines after a hiatus. The entire cast delivers stellar performances. The characters are portrayed with such depth and authenticity that I can’t help but connect with each of them. Their performances are nothing short of amazing, bringing out the raw emotions that make the storyline so compelling. The film strikes a perfect balance between humor and heartfelt moments, immersing the audience in a rich and emotionally resonant narrative. Rajkumar Hirani proves his prowess in films of this genre, and the screenplay is truly top-notch. The cinematography, especially the close shots, is remarkable.”
“I just had the pleasure of watching “Dunki,” first day first show and I must say, it’s a cinematic masterpiece that takes me on an emotional rollercoaster. This heartfelt film skillfully weaves together moments that will make you cry, laugh, feel sadness, and experience the warmth of love.”
“Dunki emerges as a cinematic masterpiece that defies the constraints of time and anticipation, making the years of waiting undeniably worthwhile. This extraordinary film effortlessly weaves comedy and emotion, delivering an unforgettable experience that will have you laughing one moment and shedding tears of joy or sorrow the next.”
