Thangalaan Release Date – Thangalaan is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language historical action drama film directed by Pa. Ranjith and produced by K. E. Gnanavel Raja for Studio Green and Neelam Productions. Vikram and Pasupathy play the lead parts, with Parvathy Thiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan, Daniel Caltagirone, and Harikrishnan Anbudurai appearing as supporting characters.
The film was formally announced in December 2021 under the preliminary title Chiyaan 61, as it is Vikram’s 61st film as a lead actor, and its title was unveiled in October 2022. Principal photography began the same month and will conclude in July 2023. G. V. Prakash Kumar wrote the film’s music, while A. Kishor Kumar handled the cinematography and Selva RK did the editing.
Thangalaan is set for a worldwide theatrical release on January 26, 2024, coinciding with Republic Day.
