Captain Miller OTT Release Date – Captain Miller is a 2024 Tamil-language action adventure film directed by Arun Matheswaran and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. It is the first film in a projected trilogy, starring Dhanush in the titular role, with Shiva Rajkumar, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Aditi Balan, Sundeep Kishan, Edward Sonnenblick, and John Kokken supporting.
Arun created the script in 2018, and Sathya Jyothi Films was going to produce it. However, nothing was finalized until 2019, when things began to take shape. It was tentatively dubbed D47 (Dhanush’s 47th film in the starring role). The film was officially announced in July 2022. Principal photography began in September and will end in late 2023, with locations including Chennai, Tirunelveli, and Tenkasi. G. V. Prakash Kumar wrote the soundtrack, Siddhartha Nuni handled the cinematography, and Nagooran Ramachandran did the editing.
Captain Miller was released internationally on January 12, 2024, during Pongal week, in both normal and IMAX formats.
