Jujutsu Kaisen 0 had a successful opening in Japan, grossing ¥2.694 billion ($23.5 million) in its first three days and becoming the highest-earning film at the Japanese box office in 2021. Its overall earnings in Japanese theaters was 13.75 billion yen (about US$108.1 million). The film was also released in the United States and Canada, grossing $17.7 million in its opening weekend.
It performed well in the UK, France, and India as well. As of November 2022, the movie had earned over 26.5 billion yen (about US$191.1 million) worldwide, making it the sixth highest-earning anime film of all time.
